How long does it take to get my pilot licenses?

• Private License - 3 Months

• Instrument Rating - 2 Months

• Commercial License - 3 Months

What are the age requirements?

You must be 16 to solo and 17 to get your private pilot license.

What is a typical flight training day like?

We operate our flight training in 2 hour blocks. You can expect to take15 minutes before and after the lesson for pre-flight and post-flight briefings. The material covered in the lesson is outlined in the course syllabus.

Is there a uniform policy?

No, however there are a couple non-allowable clothing items. Open toed shoes and bathing suits are prohibited.

What do I need to bring to the first lesson?

Please bring a logbook, passport or birth certificate, driver’s license, and your FAA medical certificate (if you have it already).

Do I need to purchase a Foreflight subscription?

It is not required, but it is highly recommended as Foreflight makes everything easier by compiling all study materials, books, and documents in one place.
